Titans Spank the Jags Without Vince Young

I thought this game would be all about Chris Johnson and Maurice Jones-Drew, but only one back showed up to play. Johnson rushed for 111 yards and a TD, while MJD only had 57 yards on 17 carries. Both starting quarterbacks Vince Young and David Garrard went down with injuries so it was a battle between backups Kerry Collins and Trent Edwards. Collins had a solid night throwing for 110 yards and a TD, while Edwards struggles throwing for 140 yards and two picks. It seemed like the Jaguars could never get anything started. They want to limit MJD's carries but now with Garrard gone, he seems like the only somewhat productive player on offense. On the other side of the ball, the Titans scored on their first possession and kept on rolling the whole game. Both teams are in the toughest division in the NFL right now, the AFC-South, so it will be interesting to see what happens for these two teams the rest of the year.
